If your grad class is not yet listed with High School Reunions ONLINE, then instead of using this form you should go to Grad Class Registration.

If you have any difficulty in submitting this form, fill in all the blanks. Choose "Select All" under "Edit" on your screen's top bar. Then copy the entire form with your information and paste it to the body of an email to amazingsite@msn.com Do not send it as an attachment.
